2. How do I know which treats are right for my dog?
Great question! Every pup is unique, just like their taste in treats. We recommend checking out the ingredient list on each product (it’s like reading the fine print, but way more fun). If your dog has any allergies or dietary sensitivities, make sure to keep an eye out for those sneaky ingredients!
3. Can I return treats if my dog doesn’t like them?
Ah, the age-old dilemma of picky eaters! Unfortunately, due to the nature of our tasty treats, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But hey, if your dog gives them the cold paw, maybe it’s time to try a different flavor! (We’ve got plenty to choose from!)
4. How long will it take for my treats to arrive?
At Flour & Fur, we bake our treats fresh to ensure they’re as delicious as possible for your pups. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order. Once done, it’s off to the races with Australia Post. Standard shipping takes about 3-8 business days, while express shipping is a speedy 1-4 business days. So, your pup won’t have to wait too long for their snack attack!
5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no, that’s a bummer! If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Just shoot us an email with your order number and some clear photos. We’ll work our magic to make it right—because every pup deserves their treats!
6. Do you offer international shipping?
As much as we’d love to send our treats around the globe, we currently only ship within Australia. So, if you’re in the land down under, you’re in luck!
7. How should I store my Flour & Fur treats?
To keep those treats fresh and fabulous, store them in a cool, dry place as instructed on the packaging. Treats are like fine wine—they need the right environment to shine! (And we can’t be responsible for any spoilage due to improper storage—sorry, not sorry!)
8. What if my package gets lost or stolen?
Yikes! Once your order is marked as ‘Delivered’ by the courier, we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If that happens, check with your local postal service or delivery provider. They might just have your treats hiding somewhere! (Sneaky little packages!)
9. Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order is processed or shipped, it’s like trying to catch a greased pig—pretty tricky! If you need to make changes, contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to help. But once it’s on its way, it’s a done deal!
