Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping | 3-8 business days
- Express Shipping | 1-4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping is $14.00 and Express shipping is $18.00.
Tracking & Customer Responsibility
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and follow up with Australia Post for any delivery issues.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to size, availability, or packaging differences.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Undelivered Packages & Unclaimed Orders
If Australia Post attempts delivery and no one is available, they may leave a card for collection at your local post office.
If an order is not collected from the post office and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information.
If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, check with your local post office before contacting us.
Flour & Fur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post.
